Registration
The registration process is convinient and fast. Please click on the "Online Registration" button to reach the "Online Registration Form". Each Participant must use a separate registration form.
How to Register
Steps of registration process:
PAY BY BANK TRANSFER:
- Fill registration form.
- Wait for e-mail from the Meeting Secretariat with details (ie. account number for the transfer).
- Pay by bank transfer.
- Wait for confirmation e-mail.
PAY ONLINE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:
- Fill registration form.
- Pay online by credit/debit card (card payment - available later).
- Wait for confirmation e-mail.

Terms of Registration
Registration fee for all the Meeting registration categories includes:
- Entry to all Meeting sessions,
- ID badge,
- Coffee breaks,
- Lunch and welcome reception.
Letter of Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail, once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment.
Cancellation of Registration & Courses
Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
Terms of Payment
The official currency of the Meeting is EURO (€).
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee excluding the bank transfer charges.
Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means:
- Bank transfer Details
After registration we will send you an e-mail with all details (ie. account number for the transfer).
Please indicate the name of the Participants on the statement, like EAFPS22-Name and Surname.
- Credit card Details
Payments by credit card will be available from the beginning of February 2022.
We accept the following cards for on-site payments by the terminal: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form.
Payments on-site only available by card, fee charged in PLN according to the average EUR exchange rate on a given day.
We regret that we are unable to accept personal, company, bank or EUR cheques.

* Residents, Trainees, Nurses and Student's ID card must be presented to the registration desk during the Meeting.
** To qualify for the EAFPS 2022 Guest Continent rate, you must be a citizen of and resident of South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela).
